Miles Computer Ventures – Return & Refund Policy

At Miles Computer Ventures, we value customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products and services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned, replaced, or refunded.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

    • Item is in its original packaging, with complete accessories and manuals.

    • Item is unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is presented.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Software, licenses, and digital products once activated or downloaded.

  • Customized, special-order, or clearance items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Consumables such as printer inks, toners, and storage media if packaging has been opened.


3. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If the item is found to be defective, faulty, or damaged upon delivery, customers must notify us within 3 days of receipt.

  • We will arrange for inspection and replacement, or issue a refund if replacement is not available.

  • Shipping costs for returning defective items will be shouldered by Miles Computer Ventures.


4. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or hotline to request a Return Authorization (RA).

  2. Provide proof of purchase and a clear explanation of the issue.

  3. Securely pack the item, including all original packaging and accessories.

  4. Ship or deliver the item to our authorized service center or office.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original mode of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Deductions may apply if the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing components.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong item, defective product).


6. Warranty Claims

  • Items covered by manufacturer’s warranty must follow the warranty service process specified by the manufacturer.

  • We can assist in facilitating warranty claims but final approval is subject to the manufacturer’s terms.


7. Policy Updates

Miles Computer Ventures reserves the right to amend or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
